When a skyscraper restaurant begins burning out of control, firefighters battle the blaze in a desperate attempt to prevent the entire building from toppling. Six-hundred-and-eighty-feet above the ground, the terrified diners struggle to breathe as the fire spreads. The massive observation ball above them is growing unstable. If firefighters don't act fast, the situation will no doubt end in tragedy. When the stairs collapse, everyone fears the worst. But even when all hope seems lost, there's still a chance that the flames can be doused, and the remaining survivors will be rescued. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

It was a German movie, that is why the words didn't match mouth movement, duh! As far as a movie it was ok. Lot of action and suspense. Only thing is, where was the smoke. Lot of fire, but no smoke.
