This exercise video includes three zone targeted exercises aimed at legs, arms, and core. Each exercise group is about 15 minutes. Denise is good at providing warm ups and even a little bit of post-exercise stretching.
I have a number of Denise Austin exercise DVDs; I find her cheerful and generally engaging. People need to know that she chatters a lot and that she doesn't always provide the most timely instructions. Sometimes she'll mention that you should be doing something after the exercise has already begun. The more you use it, the more you can anticipate this.
On the whole, the program is good. It isn't overly strenuous, but it's not total fluff, either. It could make a good supplement to a routine that involves cardio.
As for me, after trial, I'm sticking with some of my older Austin DVDs. This one is good, but doesn't offer enough new.
