A shrewd female attorney with a grudge against a system that screwed her over, schemes to produce and distribute a wicked new designer drug based on an opium derivative to earn a fortune and a measure of respect. To achieve her ends, she teams up with three ex-clients whom she got off for the sundry crimes they committed, each with a particular set of expertise that she will need to bring her plan to fruition.
In the middle of the deal to acquire the opium that Ashley (The Chemist) will transform into several million dollars worth of a new designer drug - Eddie (The Drug Dealer) draws his weapon and sparks a shootout in which everyone on the opposite side of the table is killed, including his former partner The Big Black Jap, a large black man who thinks of himself as Yakuza - despite the fact that he's a big black man.
The BBJ is the twin Brother of LeRoy Johnson, a noted Detroit Drug Dealer who will not take the death if this brother lightly.
Retreating to their downtown hideout - an old warehouse with a make shift lab and living quarters - the four would-be dealers find out in short order that one of the men they killed at the drug deal was an undercover DEA Agent, thus putting into play a major law enforcement task force charged with finding the culprits of the massacre, not to mention LeRoy Johnson.
Trapped, the four Bad Guys decide to lay low, process their designer drug and hope they left nothing that will lead either LeRoy or every cop in the state to them.
There are only two problems. They all hate each other. And Ashley's designer drug tends to kill anyone who uses it.
