I find it interesting that man continues to make movies about his soon coming future. Cloud seeding we know about but this technology seems to have a diabolical purpose. However it does have a respectable cast but special effects could havebeen better considering today's technology.

This was a boring, made for TV, 2 part movie with a hackneyed plot, a so-so cast, and entirely too much predicability. When the screen went to black to indicate a commercial break that was not on the DVD, I wanted to channel surf. There should be an indication somewhere in the description of films like this that this was a TV movie so that those of us who find the intensity level in that kind of programming too mild and too PG, can avoid them. I wish the real weather was as predictable as this clunker.

I WOULD PUT THIS MOVIE, INTO THE B MOVIE CATEGORY. UTILIZING HAS BEEN, ACTORS. REHASHED PLOT SCENARIOS, DIFFERENT STORY MAYBE, BUT SAME OL, SAME OL.
