This review applies to both Disc One and Disc Two of Oceans. I have not yet seen Disc 3. While they are very interesting, they also tend to be boring and slow moving. There is too much about the people in the movie and not enough about the Ocean and its contenst. The peopl in the movie seem to be trying to act as movie stars instead of scientists. They get in the way of the movie story. There should be more acknowledgement of those taking the pictures which are wonderful. They are only briefly mentioned in the credits at the end. They do not appear anywhere in the movie. They are invisible even though we know that they are there. Frequently, it is said that one of the scientists in the water is by himself. If that is true, who is taking the picture?
