    I ordered this not expecting a whole lot, one to watch when I ws in the mood for an easy chick flick. Sure glad I didn't expect much. I thought this was a ridiculously silly movie. The acting was poor by both costars. I felt as another review I read did...would've loved to wipe the stupid simple big smile of Vardalos' face. She had the same wide eyed expression throughout the film, as if frozen. I definitely would not recommend this.

    Wow. I loved My Big Fat Greek Wedding but this movie was just horrible! I don't mind the cliche storyline, one liners, and characters but there was just horrible comedic timing... it had so much potential =(

    It is what it is: a slightly corny romantic comedy with a great storyline. Vardalos and Corbett did a pretty good job. Their acting may not be stellar, but I believed in their characters (for the most part) and enjoyed watching them. I'm a big fan of both actors, but the real reason to watch is for the story. A woman who only believes in 5 dates?! Such a fun idea. And the cowboy boots? Classic.
