GREAT movie ! Ben Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones and Kevin Costner lead a wonderful cast in the incredibly painful subject of "downsizing of America" - - and the victims it destroys, along with their helpless families. Very emotional - as I myself went through this for almost 2-years - - - and I felt EVERY PAIN and HOPELESSNESS that the actors portrayed in this terrific movie !

Good job of illustrating the reality of the world of corporate employment. It's a very good thing to learn to roll with the punches and learn to turn the corner in the real world, which can be rough and tumble. This makes us stronger individuals. I went through it also. It is painful. There's no such thing as a perfect human world where everything is fair and equal. That is OK.
