It was a very good story...not only because of the trials and tribulations that any dancer has to go through but the fact that they were from the ghettos of Brazil and the hardships everyone in the family has to endure to secure a "chance" for their children.

A feel good story, but hardly brilliant. I'd recommend the movie for sheer entertainment, but not challenging or particularly thought provoking.
