Synopsis of Loose Cannons: The Movie

Underdog campus cops face off against anti-institution villains when the football team's playbook is stolen, the school mascot is slain, and enrollment in the University of Madison's student-run "Campus Security" force takes a sharp dive. The security team has let the number one criminal on campus slip through their fingers, and as a result they've become the laughing stock of the entire student body.
