It is a good family movie, but it is very much like the old Disnet after school specials that used be televised on television. I am pretty sure the voice for the Mule was Ice T, which I found to be quite amusing. There is some "adult" humor thrown in secretly disguised so that younger kids don't get the joke (such as the name of the mule being Jackie A.) so even adults will get a chuckle out of this one. Not the best acting I have ever seen but it is a good clean family movie, so that counts for a lot these days.
