Synopsis of Paid

Rival drug lords battle for the supremacy of the European narcotics trade in this noir flavored crime thriller starring Tom Conti and Corbin Bernsen. The race is on to become the most powerful drug kingpin in Europe, and in order to earn that title Rudi (Conti) and William (Bernsen) will use a ravishing Parisian call girl (Anne Charrier) and a skilled assassin (Murilo Benecio) like pawns on a chess board. But the hit man and the call girl have grown tired of the game, and now they're looking for a way out. As the stakes get higher, their love grows, giving them more reason than ever to leave their lives of crime and try to start over again.
