Synopsis of Retardead

The evil Dr. Stern returns with his most diabolical experiment to date in this gory sequel to the cult horror hit Monsturd. The Butte County Institute of Special Education is about to become the flashpoint for the zombie apocalypse, and FBI Agent Susan Hannigan may be the only hope for the human race. Dr. Stern has been testing his new hyper-intelligence serum on the learning deficient locals, but the results aren't quite what he'd anticipated.
