Synopsis of Mad Cow

A dairy rancher has been killed in the small, backwater town of Reddirt, and if public access news reporter Henry Dillonsworth can just get the scoop before his ex-flame Joan Virago, a star reporter for the network affiliate, he may just win the contest that will earn him the lead position on cable's most respected news network. The truth is out there, and Henry is determined to track it down. Then, just as it seemed like the case had reach it's apex, the body of another rancher is discovered. Now, Henry and Joan aren't the only reporters seeking to deliver the most comprehensive coverage of the case, because ambitious network magazine show host Cookie Roberts is snooping for leads and CryptoConspiracist.com reporters Kenneth Swan and Derek Smalls are the only ones willing to consider that folks may want to look to the stars for answers.
