Synopsis of Facing the Habit

A one-time millionaire and former stockbroker whose life spiraled out of control due to heroin addiction travels to Mexico to receive a controversial drug treatment that may finally allow him to break free from the habit that now threatens to destroy his life. Upon hearing rumors that a West African root called Ibogaine is the most powerful treatment for addiction ever discovered, Dave realizes that this may be his last shot at getting clean. He used to have a good life, and now in order to support his addiction he has turned to petty theft.
