I saw this movie at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival where it was an audience favorite. It has a great plot with several story lines intersecting in unexpected ways. While some of the characters are gay, I would not pidgin-hole this as just a gay film -- it has a lot more going on. If you're in the mood for a good independent thriller located in South Florida, I recommend this film. The actors may not be household names (yet), but they deliver some very strong performances.

This could have been a decent movie, but it was so overlaid with other sub-plots, that it became a distraction from the main plot!. In a way I can understand what the director was trying to do (interrelating the lives of all the characters into a common angst brought on by homophobia!) but he sacrificed plot deve.lopment and character development to the main story line for the sake of this arc to the other storylines. They should redo it and concentrate on Brian and the bartender.
