I can describe this workout in one word - LAME!!! A few others would be sloppy, awkward, annoying and dumb. Billy Blanks takes every opportunity to show off what he obviously thinks are his "skills" to the point of focusing more on that then the actual workout. He does lots of moves on one side of your body but not the other (i.e. kicks with left leg but not moving to the right leg afterwards). And his assistant with her constant yelling of "HEY!" after every set will make you want to turn it off after 3 minutes.
Save yourself some time and energy - rent the original Tae Bo or a dance video. Don't bother with this one.
