This BARELY gets one star. Interestingly enough, though, it teaches me how NOT to teach teenagers. Everything the teaching credentialing programs in California teach us NOT to do with teenagers, this teacher does. I was pretty much muttering under my breath through the entire movie, it made me so frustrated. Annoying characters throughout the movie. If you want to be annoyed, this movie is for you ... with subtitles. Totally disappointing for a movie that's won awards. Boooooo!!

If I had know it was in French with subtitles, I wouldn't have rented it. I gave up on it after a few minutes.

Interesting film, not the best or the worst. Too long and disjointed but the subtitles were the best I have seen and I could at least read them. Maybe I did not pay enough attention to the film. I am surprised I stayed awake to the end.
