Synopsis of Maintenance
A hospital worker settling into her new apartment discovers that the maintenance worker in her nearly-abandoned complex should be feared more than trusted in this low-budget nerve-shredder from first time feature filmmaker Paulo Diaz. A newcomer to the city of Aurora, Illinois, Stephanie was just getting situated in her new apartment when Paul, the building's maintenance man, offered to lend a helping hand.
