Synopsis of Kojak: The Best War in Town
Future Barnaby Jones costar Mark Shera) is cast as Ralph Warren, a rookie cop who stumbles upon a mob hit in progress. Rescuing the would-be victim from being strangled by a trio of thugs, Warren is unaware that his good deed will soon spark an all-out gangland war. It is up to Kojak (Telly Savalas) to put a lid on the violence and mollify the disillusioned Warren.
