After a woman whose face was horribly disfigured in a bungled cosmetic operation commits suicide, Quincy investigates Emile Green (Garnett Smith), the doctor who performed the surgery. Though Green is not a qualified plastic surgeon, the current medical laws allow him to perform such operations whether he's capable of doing them or not.
