The focus in this episode is on Robert Donner) as police informer TeeJay, a familiar if not always welcome figure at the Rampart division. Officers Reed (Kent McCord) and Malloy (Martin Milner) are somewhat surprised when TeeJay is hauled into jail, suspected of assault and robbery. Though the two cops do what they can to help him, TeeJay's past history as a drug addict works against him.
