French filmmaker and lifelong zombie aficionado Nicolas Garreau travels to the locations featured in such George A. Romero classics as Night of the Living Dead (both the original and the remake), Dawn of the Dead, and Day of the Dead to explore the settings that have gone on to become indelibly imprinted into the minds of devoted horror fans from around the world. From the basement featured in Night of the Living Dead to the Monroeville Mall featured in Dawn of the Dead and the military base where soldiers and scientists sat out the zombie apocalypse in Day of the Dead, these locations may have changed over the years, though they still hold the power to fascinate fans of the series decades after the cameras stopped rolling. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

im a huge dead fan , but this piece of crap should not have even been made into movie. I had to turn it off after 30 minutes. it is a french guy with translator and a handheld journey from france to the red roof in , to the mall where it was filmed and the cellar where night of the living dead was filmed. Ugg, i though tit would be at least a REAL documentary, not fanboy crap.

They could of done without all the silly headshots of the French guy. Geez, that was annoying. However I thought it was cool he visited all the locations of classic zombie movies. For example, visiting Monroeville Mall (?) from Dawn of the Dead with the cast of actors giving a tour to fans. I would have loved to have been there. Awesome. I don't think I will ever see that in my lifetime. So kudos for that. I wish they would have had the right to flip back and show the actual scenes of the movies while he was visiting locations. Overall a good effort, it should have been edited a lot more.

This is really for hard core fans only. The documentary is short and basically just shows you locations and some actors of the Dead films but not much else. It is unique in only that it is done by a French fan. It would have been better if parts of the movies would have been interlaced with the actors and locations but since this is a fan's amateur film I doubt if he could have gotten those rights.
