Two meat packing junkyard dwellers attempt to kidnap a powerful US Congressman in this noting goes right crime comedy featuring Chevy Chase. Buddy (Lance Barber) and Earl (Billie Worley) are two hapless losers from Butcher's Mill, Illinois. Desperate to realize their dreams of living the good life but far too lazy to do any real work, these brain-dead meat men scheme to hold their local congressman (Chase) for a hearty ransom.
