Singer/songwriter James Taylor goes back to his roots by performing some of his most beloved songs, and telling the unique stories that inspired them. Captured live during a series of concerts at the Colonial Theater in the Berkshires, One Man Band allows Taylor the opportunity to reflect on his music through revealing interview and rare multi-media footage, as well as home movies and photographs from his personal archives.
