Alice's life is turned upside down when her father moves the family to a new town to open a music store. 11-year-old Alice's mother died when she was five. Alice can't remember her mother, her father doesn't want to talk about her mother, and her brother is a womanizing rock star wanna be. Alice is in dire need of a female role model and sets her eyes on obtaining one. I like the fact that Alice is just your average 11-year-old. This is an entertaining movie for the entire family.
