Roth, the popular NBC reality series The Biggest Loser pits severely overweight contestants against one another to determine who can lose the most weight in a set period of time - with the inherent reward of a $250,000 prize. The Biggest Loser workout videos feature exercise routines employed on the series, that help at-home participants achieve the same fitness goals of fat burning and weight loss via increased strength and endurance. The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max carries viewers/participants through a six-week regimen, with three cardio workouts rooted in progressive levels of difficulty, and hosted, respectively, by series regulars Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Kim Lyons.     This is an awesome DVD, one I turn to regularly for workouts. I'd describe it as a bit more bootcamp style (no dancey choreography) and it is good cardio. Do Bob's segment when you only have 35 min (it's 5 min Warmup, 25 cardio, and 5 min Cooldown). You don't have to use the weights. Jillian's is 10 minutes but VERY challenging. Kim's segment is not as good as the others, but it's a nice finish after the others. Because it's BL, there are many modifiers offered for the beginners. You work out with real people who are not perfect looking or always in sync. I'm ok with that and kind of like it. Alternate with a sculpting video and you will see results.
