This series is missing disc 1 for some reason, but the story isn't hard to follow starting from disc 2. The "movie" is really a turn off your brain, and enjoy feature that seems to go on and on forever, it is a television mini series after all. At times I was thinking how stupid the hero must be, and how ridiculous this whole plot is, but as I stuck with it, I started to appreciate the rich sets, and characters. The actors are top notch, and they really sell the story. Bao Jian Feng has the charisma equal to the main character and does a fine job, as do all the other principles. Even the villains are fantastic in their total depravity. If you like drama, with decent wushu, then you will like Legendary Warrior, but you must read sub-titles, if you aren't into that , then you will not like this series. Highly Recommened.
