But Jean is recently divorced and is still preoccupied with his former wife, Caroline (Julie Ferrier). Pierre also finds himself falling from afar for a lovely college student named Laetitia (Melanie Laurent), but he has a rival for her affections in Roland (Fabrice Luchini), one of her professors, who is considerably older than her. ~ Mark Deming, Rovi

Very poor closed captions in english. It was difficult to follow the story line as so few captions were provided. You almost need to understand french to enjoy.

I really enjoyed the subtle intertwining of lives... quite different from the typical movie of this sort. Really made me reflect on how interconnected people living in the same city can be, without ever knowing it.

Very well written, casted, and developed movie. Very reminiscent of Crash, just in a more subdued and intimate production.
