Blind Fury is a great example of 80's action fun. Rutger plays a Vietnam vet who lost his sight in the war. However, he ways taught martial arts and the sword by the Vietnamese villagers. Apparently he is so amazing, that he no lnger even needs sight! Well, Rutger's old war buddy get in trouble and basically, Hauer spend the whole movie kung-fuing rednecks and protecting a sassy ten year old with a mullet. If that sentence doesn't get your mouth watering, then this movie is not for you. But if you love great 80's action and Rutget Hauer, then don't miss this one. It's truly a gem.

I liked the film. Rutger did a good job on this role. Some of his fellow actors phoned it in, but over all it is a good movie. The action was great and was filmed well.

One of the best in 80's action. The ultimate action hero is blind with a big heart. A must see if your into a heart warming story of a boy who's lost his Mom and the blind man that must save his Dad.
