Synopsis of One Stone and Two Birds

A low-ranking officer stationed at a remote government outpost does battle with a recently arrested criminal who used to be a highly regarded inspector in this martial arts comedy. Yangchuan Wang has grown quite accustomed to the boredom of working high up in the mountains where nothing ever happens. One day, when some fellow officers bring in a wanted criminal who had eluded authorities for quite some time, Yangchuan recognizes the man as a former law enforcer with who he harbors a bitter grudge.
