Synopsis of Backstroke for Every Body by Total Immersion Swimming

In this instructional swimming release, Total Immersion founder Tony Laughlin introduces viewers to a series of drill sequences designed to help them perfect the Backstroke. The lesson begins with a live demonstration in which Laughlin demonstrates and explains each step while highlighting the skills needed to accomplish the movements and how they relate to the subsequent skills in the sequence. As Laughlin continues, underwater footage of the host swimming the Butterfly in a current pool shot from six distinctive angles allows the viewer to study the movements of the swimmer more closely than ever before.
