The dvd is a bit short on theory, and the style may be impractical for self study. Nobody in this dvd besides Grandmaster Sang Won Lee appears to be over 30-35 years old. That is probably not a coincidence. The system is very challenging and physically painful. It asks things of the body that might be damaging for an untrained middle-aged person. The young adults featured in the dvd are quite impressive, however. The dvd is interesting on that count. Think of it as an ad for Grandmaster Sang Won Lee's retreat center, not as a how-to video.
