Some techniques are good, but she goes way too fast.
This video would be great for someone who has been doing pilates through the whole pregnancy, but don't try this one while you're in the 3rd trimester!!!
She doesn't explain terms and doesn't give a lot of stretches and time to wind down after each exercise.
I'd stick with Yoga for the 3rd trimester, unless you are just as physically fit as this instructor is!

Loved the quick segments as 10 minutes is really all I can find time or energy for. This video is more geared toward people who already know the basics of pilates are yoga so there's not a lot of time wasted on explanation.
I liked this much better than my other prenatal yoga videos since those drag on forever with very simple, beginner level stretches. This one really gives you a good toning workout, where your breathing and heartrate is increased in only 10 minutes.
i found this a wonderful workout while in my third trimester it is not too challenging and makes you feel a bit more energized. the flexibility stretches are great.
