I would recommend this DVD to any dancer with an intermediate skill level who wants to increase grace and flexibility in their upper body movements. Rachel takes you through a gentle warmup that doesn't really get the heart rate up so warming up with some cardio first is recommended and warm muscles will increase your flexibility so you would get more out of the flexibility. The cueing is not always clear, so watching it through at least once is recommended. Once you have watched, though, the progression makes sense and extensive cueing is not needed.
