I've seen worse, but not many. This Kenpo tape is hailed as a self-defense tape, but it is actually just a break-down of a kata. It shows an Asian man on the cover, but has only Americans on film.--- The kata were poorly done, mainly because the stances and transitions were so bad. Even the better demonstrations offered by the female instructor (who never speaks or teaches) are flawed in many ways.--- This might be a good introductory set for those that have never practiced Kenpo before, but it is neither a good stand-alone set, nor a good self-defense training program.

this video is horrible. what kind of ancient type of kenpo is this. boring
