This film was really enjoyable, especially to be watched by mothers and daughters. I have to say that the marketing of this film is very intelligent because it appears that Robert Pattinson is the star but honestly, as much as I like him as an actor, he is supporting at best. Catherine Tate gives an performance with strong emotional range and Holly Grainger is superb. This film will make you laugh and cry and then go hug your mom and I highly recommend it.

This is actually a very well acted, moving film. Seeing RPattz as a nerd was very interesting. He played the part very well. Catherine Tate , Holly Grainger, the grandmother and Charlie's dad were terrific as well. I realize the marketing rides on the shirt tails of Robert Pattinson's fame and he is terrific but it is the whole of the cast and brings this story off so beautifully. Glad I saw it. And I did hug my mom after watching it.
