A film consisting of two programs including "The Execution of Mussolini" and "The Mussolini-Churchill Secret Correspondence," Maria Luisa Forenza's eye-opening documentary details how Il Duce's clandestine negations with the British Prime Minister changed the course of World War II, and eventually brought about the Italian fascist dictator's demise. Though the history books claim that Mussolini and his mistress were gunned down by Italian partisans, Forenza interviews a man who claims that event was staged hours after the actual execution took place, and that Mussolini was in fact assassinated by two British secret service agents acting on director orders from the Prime Minister - who would subsequently conspire to cover up the truth about Il Duce's true fate.
