    I went to a special screening of this movie and was blown away. I thought it was hysterical! Like "Swinger" and "GEt Shorty." The movie's about two low-rent L.A. detectives ("dicks") trying to make it in the film business. They go to some psychic on a case and she predicts everything that's gonna happen to them. They try to out-think the predictions, but that makes it worse. Michael Madsen rocks in it as a successful veteran P.I. Also, Sarah Wynter, from "24" and Erik Palladino, from "E.R." are really good in it. The two main detectives are played by newcomers Dean Alioto and Anthony Guidera and are like cool, "Rockford Files"-type, private dicks. Alioto also wrote and directed it. I heard the outtakes and the director's commentary on the DVD are also hysterical. Very good film.

    This movie was so bad it should be blown away. The characters where boring and had no connection in thier acting. This is a low budget movie that is not worth renting.

    i'm ahuge fan of Madsen and when I saw the cover and read the synopsis I thought it would be fun 2 c him in a comedy, cuz he hasn't been in one that I can think of anyway. I hoped it would be a supportin grole expecially since he is the lead 0n the covers box, after checking out some reviews and seeing how negative they were my expectations lowered and i realized he was a supporting role. After watching it I have to say it was decent. madsen was a cameo really (disappointing) but he was worthy watching just for him. I thought it'd be like Get Shorty or maybe even Be cool or even at best as bad as Big Trouble one of those type of crime comedies and it does deliver some good lines exchanged between the leads but never witty or clever.
