Horrible DVD. Boring and not worth trying.

I viewed a clip of the DVD on another site. I was expecting a mild workout - something to do when I really didn't feel like working out. Was I fooled! It's supposed to be 60 mins, but was actually 68 mins! And by the end I was sweating like crazy. The moves are simple, but effective and a great calorie burn. Wasn't crazy about the sculpting b/c i had to use such light weights (3 lbs). That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Debbie is relaxing and motivational.
