One Foot In The Grave is quite simply the greatest comedy show of all time. It beats all the other 'great' British sitcoms. Unlike 'Only Fools and Horses', When released, everyone who likes Brit Sitcoms should rent or buy this DVD.

Not nearly as funny & charming as "As Time Goes By". We found Victor Meldew's character almost grating in the first couple episodes- a modern day Scrooge. By the 5th or 6th episode,however, we found humor in this curmudgeon. One wishes his tv wife would strangle him at times.

Very disappointing. We waited a long time for this one and found it no better than an American sitcom. For British comedy, give me "Waiting For God" or "Gavin and Stacey" anyday.
