I wasn't expecting this to be a great documentary, but I at least expected it not to be awful. This was a superficial story that gave no insight into the character of the artist being profiled or even into the environment in which he lived. The writers knew nothing about art history and didn't bother to research their subject to learn anything. Rather than interview experts on the subject, the producers tracked down two "independent scholars" (in other words, not actually scholars) to give you about as much information on Klimt as you could read on the back of a postcard print of one of his paintings. Just read a book on Klimt instead.
