What I wrote about "Tales of Terror from Tokyo and All Over Japan, Vol. 1" still applies here. Each of the shorts had a good visual quality, but most of them became Film School 102 projects in the areas of acting, sound and writing. The writing really took the star rating down mostly due to eleven of the shorts ending in ways that didn't make sense. Meaning they couldn't fill five minutes well enough so they did the easiest thing - cut to black and roll credits after exactly 5 minutes of runtime. Of the thirteen shorts, only two were notable with endings that wrapped up their stories - "The Men in Black" and "Tell Me". In particular, "The Men in Black" reminded me of the movie "Prince of Space" from the 1950's. And "Tell Me" had a pretty good twist at the end. The only reason to have this title is if you were involved in the production of one of the shorts and had to show your work to someone so you could interview for a job as an actor or assistant second director. Not recommended.
