A friend of mine recommended this in her personal crusade to promote what she sees as an underexposed anime title. I have to say, it is strangely intriguing! It's fair to say I've never seen anything quite like it - the pacing and dialog is quick, and with the cast breaking into song every couple of minutes you hardly have time to catch your breath. It's terribly silly, comedically obscene, and musically crazy - and really fun, if you like all these things in your entertainment. If you're in the mood for a 100% insane comedy title, be sure to have a look at this. Just don't show it to the kiddies, unless you want them familiarized with phallic symbols, ball jokes, erotic kimchee, and panda-philia!
