    I love this workout DVD. I love that you can customize your workout based on your time schedule (if you have a lot of time or short on time, either works) and which type of exercise you want to do (cardio/sculpt or either separately). I think I prefer Bob as a trainer only b/c I think Kim is too fast paced for me. Don't get me wrong. I still think she's a good trainer but maybe more advanced. Bob's workouts are not easy by any means but a different style than Kim's. I RECOMMEND THIS DVD to anyone looking for variety. Even the Men's sculpt and cardio sections are suitable for Women.

    This workout is divided into women and men. I only did the women' s workouts and it required an exercise ball. Good workout overall. The cardio is only 10 minutes and its tough. Lots of jumping so if you live on the second floor of an apartment building, this may not be the workout for you.

    When I put the dvd in I coud not believe how the people were acting. They were so lazy like, I really don't want to be doing this now. It looks like they have put some of their weigh back on accept for Wiley. I love the workout with Bob, It's a killer. I wish he would have use people who really wanted to work out.
