For what is supposed to be a made-for-TV kid's movie, this film had a lot of sexual innuendo. It was also full of stereotypes: a high school jock, a teen "Barbie hottie" (that's a quote from the show) that's always looking in her compact mirror and screams when she breaks a nail, and a five-year-old little brother who ends up playing strip poker with two teenage girls dressed as a sexy nurse and a French maid for Halloween. We had invited some of my son's friends over to watch the movie, and ended up turning it off about halfway through. The older ones were bored because "it was so lame," I was offended at having to explain what strip poker was to the eight-year-old, and none of us cared enough about the plot to find out what happened at the end. We watched "Miracle Dogs Too" instead, and enjoyed that much more.

Not even our 8 year old liked this movie; and we turned it off after seeing the little brother's glee in playing strip poker. The acting was bad, the story was lame. The stereotypes were dismaying, and the sexual tones and 5 year old's creepy interest in naked girls were very inappropriate and unnecessary to the story. Also, the frequent showing of the pumpkins was very annoying. I could go on. It doesn't even deserve one star!
