I remember when the genocide in the Balkans happened and I remember reading about the war crimes tribunal. This movie does a great job of telling the story from an insider's view, the judge's point-of-view. The story is interesting, heart-wrenching at times, and got my blood boiling at other times. Definitely worth watching.
