This is probably JUST OK for a teen entering the pageant world. It tells about how to interview well and what to wear. Also instructs you on the best formal and swim wear. However some stuff is plain common sense such as, "don't wear the panty hose under your swimsuit that has the panty part that comes down to the thigh" and don't leave your hair band around your wrist. My daughter competes in children's pageants so don't expect much help in that area. Also, the information she did give about children who she's seen compete in pageants is EXTREMELY incorrect in this day and age. One of the hostesses' microphones wasn't working some of the time and we were unable to hear. My 6 year old LOOOVES pageants and even she couldn't make it through this thing.
