A man named Turtletaub decides to start a business, but has no idea what product he will sell or what service he will supply in this absurdist philosophical comedy. Turtletaub (Nathan Nolan) leads a joyless existence working an unfulfilling job. He's never amounted to much, and odds are he never will. But when Turtletaub gets the itch to become a businessman, he hires an assistant and a salesman and rents some office space. Now if Turtletaub could only maintain his focus long enough to determine exactly what it is that his business will do, he may finally achieve his dream of becoming a self-made man.
