This was better than the Brotherhood 3, but I'm not a big fan of movies that have military themes.

Pass on this one. Think Speed Demon and Leeches type of movie but set in a Naval Academy. Guys unnecessarily in their underwear a lot of the time. Maybe girls will like this movie. Guys, pass on this one big time.
