I loved this movie & highly recommend it. I picked up the video & saw absolutely no reviews. My husband & I found it similar to the Notebook. . Excellent performances, beautiful location, meaningful moments. A rarity in films today.

This movie was just great! It's not that hard to follow if you are paying attention and know the signals that the film maker uses to show change. Worth the watch!!!

Wow, wonderful movie, wonderful cast. Very profound about life choices, friendship, love, death -- beautifully done. Sometimes I avoid movies like this because I think they are going to be slow, but this one is so compelling -- from the setting at Cape Cod, to the characters, some very rich, others not so much, all mixed together -- some good social observations -- to the relationships in their complexity and love. I really cried at one point, tears that have been pent up for a long time and it felt great. Also, all the actors are just top rate, the very best. When Meryl Streep's character arrives, she has some wisdom that is profound and that I really needed at that moment. I just love this movie!
